Hi, I'm Sreya.

I’m trained in EMDR and DBT, which are just fancy acronyms for evidence-based ways to get your body and brain unstuck. I use a mix of processing and skill-building to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that never stopped being there, just buried. You don’t have to talk about every detail of what happened in order to heal from it. We’ll go at your pace.

This is deep work, but I will sit with you in it, and we’ll walk together.

EMDR Therapy
